Last Updated: September 23, 2026
Welcome to yourparentshelper.com. These Website Terms govern your access to and use of this website. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
These Website Terms apply only to the use of this website. Any services provided by Your Parent’s Helper will be governed by a separate written service agreement, including applicable pricing, scheduling, payment, cancellation, and service policies.
01. About Your Parent’s Helper
Your Parent’s Helper provides practical, non-medical personal assistance for independent older adults in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, and surrounding approved service areas.
Information on this website is provided to explain our general services, approach, pricing, and inquiry process. Website content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, insurance, home-health, or emergency advice.
02. Non-Medical Services
Your Parent’s Helper is not a medical provider, home-health agency, emergency-response service, or substitute for licensed healthcare, nursing, or professional caregiving.
Our services do not include medical treatment, medication administration, medical supervision, personal care requiring physical assistance, financial or legal decision-making, or emergency monitoring.
Visitors should contact an appropriate licensed professional regarding medical, legal, financial, or healthcare needs.
03. No Emergency Services
Your Parent’s Helper does not provide emergency services or continuous monitoring.
Do not use this website, its forms, email, or other communication channels to report an emergency or request urgent assistance. If you believe someone is experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
04. Website Inquiries
Submitting a contact form, requesting information, or communicating with Your Parent’s Helper through this website does not create a client relationship, guarantee service availability, reserve an appointment, or obligate either party to purchase or provide services.
A service relationship begins only after availability and service suitability have been confirmed and any required service agreement, intake documents, and payment arrangements have been completed.
05. Service Availability
Services are subject to location, scheduling availability, staffing, the nature of the requested assistance, and our determination that the request falls within the appropriate scope of our non-medical services.
We may decline or discontinue a requested service when it falls outside our service boundaries, presents an unreasonable safety concern, requires professional licensing we do not hold, or is otherwise unsuitable for Your Parent’s Helper.
06. Service Information and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, service descriptions, availability, schedules, service areas, and pricing may be updated or corrected at any time.
The specific terms provided in an accepted proposal, confirmation, invoice, or signed service agreement will control if they differ from general information displayed on this website.
07. Visit Updates and Family Communication
We discuss communication preferences during intake, including who may receive visit updates and what information may be shared. Updates may include completed tasks, upcoming plans, and concerns that need attention, consistent with the client’s preferences and any applicable agreement.
08. Transportation
Your Parent’s Helper does not transport clients or provide passenger transportation services. Approved errands, purchases, returns, donations, and pickups are completed on the client’s behalf according to the scope confirmed for that visit or project.
09. Purchases and Outside Expenses
Clients are responsible for approved purchases and outside expenses associated with requested services, including groceries, household supplies, prescription costs, vendor charges, delivery fees, parking, and similar expenses.
Any purchasing authority, reimbursement process, spending limits, and documentation requirements will be addressed in the applicable service agreement or visit confirmation.
