Personal Assistance Visits & Pricing

Simple, flexible options based on how often a little extra help would make life easier.

First Visit — $275

Up to 3 hours

Every relationship begins with a First Visit. We take time to get to know your parent, understand what they would like help with, learn their preferences and boundaries, and create a personal task list together. Then we get to work.

Recurring Visits — $200

Up to 2 hours

For ongoing household help, meal preparation, organization, technology assistance, appointment scheduling and coordination, approved errands completed on the client’s behalf, meaningful projects, and the everyday things that are easier with an extra set of hands.

Choose the schedule that works best:

Weekly • Every Other Week • Monthly

Twice-Weekly Membership — $1,650/month

Up to 2 hours per visit • Two visits each week

For parents who would benefit from more frequent help throughout the week. Choose a consistent Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule with the same familiar Helper whenever possible. Your flat monthly rate includes additional scheduled visits in longer months. Visits that fall on an observed holiday will be rescheduled.

Twice-Weekly

Frequent support for everyday tasks that keep life at home running smoothly.

Consistent help with household tasks, organizing, ongoing to-dos, and approved errands completed on the client’s behalf.

Biweekly

Dependable support every other week for recurring tasks and home organization.

Dedicated help with larger projects, seasonal needs, or tasks that have accumulated.

$125/hour

For needs outside your parent’s recurring schedule, subject to availability.

Good to Know

Purchases and Outside Expenses

Groceries, household supplies, prescription costs, vendor charges, and other purchases made on a client’s behalf are separate from visit fees. Purchases are discussed and approved in advance whenever possible, and receipts are provided.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are reviewed before services begin so every family knows exactly what to expect.

ERRANDS AND TRANSPORTATION

Approved errands are completed on the client’s behalf. Your Parent’s Helper does not transport clients, accompany them on outings, or provide supervision outside the home.

Longer months included

Your flat monthly membership rate covers two visits every week, including additional scheduled visits in longer months.

Request a First Visit

Every family’s needs are a little different. These flexible options are available for tasks, projects, and practical needs that fall outside a regularly scheduled visit.

Special Projects

$125/hour

For larger organizing projects, seasonal resets, photo and keepsake projects, home organization, and other work requiring dedicated time.

Payment

A valid card is kept securely on file. Visit fees and approved expenses are charged after each completed visit, and an itemized receipt is emailed. Twice-Weekly Memberships are billed monthly.

Helper Emergencies

If your Helper is unavailable due to an emergency, we will arrange a replacement Helper or reschedule your visit. If neither option is possible, you will not be charged for an individual visit, and membership clients will receive a credit for the missed visit.

Scheduling

Recurring visits are scheduled Monday through Thursday. Fridays are reserved for additional visits, special projects, and rescheduling when availability permits.

Holiday visits rescheduled

Visits that fall on an observed holiday will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Additional Helper

$100/hour

extra

A second Helper may be recommended for larger projects or tasks best completed by two Helpers. This rate is added to the applicable visit or project fee.
